Job summary

SMART TECH SKILLS LLC seeks an AI Training & Enablement Consultant to lead AI education, adoption, and enablement initiatives for a national law firm. Design curriculum, deliver live instruction, author digital content, and guide attorneys and executives on responsible AI usage.

You will drive practical workflow adoption across legal AI platforms (Harvey, Claude, OpenAI, Grok) and collaborate with the central training team to ensure effective integration.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in technical training, enablement or consulting.
• 1+ years training enterprise AI tools or workflows.
• Experience training on Harvey AI or in a legal environment.
• Deep understanding of prompt engineering, context, tokens.
• Experience creating LMS content and courses (Absorb LMS).
• Strong live virtual training delivery to professionals.
• U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder in approved states.

Responsibilities

• Lead firm-wide AI education initiatives for attorneys and staff.
• Develop learning materials, quick references, prompts libraries.
• Deliver virtual and ILT sessions on real-world legal workflows.
• Publish digital modules within Absorb LMS.
• Roll out training for Harvey and enterprise AI platforms.
• Coach on prompt engineering and token management.
• Provide governance and best-practice frameworks for AI use.
• Track attendance, platform usage and feedback for improvement.
• Educate on confidentiality and data protection in AI usage.
