Job summary

Crowe is hiring an AI Tech Lead for the Studio team to design, develop, and own AI agents that accelerate Crowe's Audit services. You will be hands-on, writing Python code and shaping the agent roadmap in close partnership with Audit practitioners.

In this hybrid role in the United States (CA), you will build scalable solutions, establish patterns, and mentor engineers while overseeing deployment pipelines and agent evaluation strategies. Strong product judgment and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience developing, implementing, and supporting enterprise applications and services.
• 5+ years of professional Python development, with a strong track record of building enterprise-grade applications and services.
• Demonstrated ability to write clean, maintainable, modular, testable Python code for long-term support.
• 1+ years of hands-on experience designing AI agents or AI-assisted workflows using major AI platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Skills-based architecture and agent tooling.
• Experience designing and deploying AI/ML solutions on cloud platforms with CI/CD.
• Excellent communication with technical staff and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and maintain AI agents and agent-assisted workflows across Crowe's Audit practice.
• Work hands-on in Python, writing and reviewing substantial code and agent resources.
• Manage project scope, timelines, and stakeholder communication.
• Build reusable engineering patterns and CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.
• Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership as the portfolio grows.
• Collaborate across Audit BU and Studio to surface opportunities and share patterns.
• Define ROI KPIs and align product decisions with SME input.
