Job summary

Crowe is hiring an AI Tech Lead to design, develop, and manage AI agents that accelerate Crowe's Audit services. You will work hands‑on with Audit practitioners, shape the agent architecture, and own outcomes end‑to‑end.

The role includes leading a small team as it grows, mentoring engineers, and promoting scalable engineering practices. You will build CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps, craft reusable patterns, and contribute to a growing portfolio of AI capabilities within a forward deployed

Qualifications

8+ years of professional software engineering experience.

Responsibilities

Own the design, development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of AI agents and agent‑assisted workflows.
Operate as a forward deployed engineer paired directly with an Audit SME.
Remain hands‑on in development: write, review, test, and maintain substantial Python codebases.
Manage project scope, timelines, and stakeholder communication for the agents you own.
Design and develop agents using a Skills‑based architecture.
Serve as the technical authority for the agent layer with architects and engineering teams.
Implement and maintain monitoring, observability, and alerting for agents in production.
