Job summary

Crowe is seeking an AI Tech Lead to design, develop, and manage AI agents that accelerate Crowe's Audit services. You will work hands-on with Python, lead engineers, and define patterns for scalable, reusable agent architectures.

You will partner with Audit SMEs, own delivery timelines, and drive CI/CD improvements in Azure DevOps, shaping a growing portfolio of AI capabilities within Crowe AI Studio.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience developing, implementing, and supporting enterprise applications and services.
• 5+ years of professional Python development experience, with a strong track record of building enterprise-grade applications and services.
• Hands-on experience designing, developing, and productionizing AI agents or AI-assisted workflows using major AI platforms.
• 1+ years of hands-on experience designing and deploying AI agents with an AI platform such as Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, or similar.
• Experience deploying AI/ML solutions on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).

Responsibilities

• Deliver AI agents and agent-assisted workflows for Crowe's Audit practice.
• Partner with Audit SMEs, learn workflows, and design agents as built.
• Write, review, test, and maintain substantial Python codebases and agent resources.
• Manage project scope, timelines, and stakeholder communication for agents.
• Design and develop modular, reusable skills-based agent architectures.
• Serve as technical authority for the agent layer and mentor engineers.
• Promote collaboration across the Audit BU and Studio to share patterns.
