Job summary

Crowe is seeking an AI Tech Lead to design and deliver AI agents embedded with Audit workflows. You will work hands-on with Python, mentor engineers, and drive an evolving portfolio of AI capabilities within Crowe's Audit technology ecosystem.

This hybrid US-based role partners with Audit practitioners, aims for scalable agent patterns, and requires strong leadership and cloud experience to deploy AI/ML solutions across Crowe's enterprise environment.

Qualifications

8+ years of professional software engineering experience.

Responsibilities

Own design, development, and maintenance of AI agents to accelerate Audit tasks.
Work directly with Audit SMEs, learning workflows and designing agents end-to-end.
Write, review, and maintain substantial Python code and agent resources.
Manage scope, timelines, and stakeholder communication for agent delivery.
Build reusable engineering patterns and Skills-based architecture for agents.
Lead a small team of forward deployed engineers as portfolio grows.
Mentor engineers and promote collaboration across Audit BU and Studio.
