Crowe is seeking an AI Tech Lead to design, develop, and manage AI agents that accelerate Crowe’s Audit services. You will work hands-on with Python, contribute to the agent infrastructure, and partner with auditors to learn workflows and deliver end-to-end outcomes.

The role includes establishing scalable engineering patterns, leading a small forward deployed team, and driving CI/CD in Azure. Strong AI/ML, cloud and leadership skills are required.

Qualificações

• 8+ years professional software engineering experience.
• 5+ years Python development experience.
• Hands-on experience designing, developing, and productionizing AI agents.
• Experience designing AI/ML solutions on major cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
• Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines for production workloads.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and manage AI agents for Crowe’s Audit practice.
• Hands-on Python development and agent infrastructure maintenance.
• Lead a small team of forward deployed engineers over time.
• Establish reusable engineering patterns and CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.
• Mentor engineers and drive engineering standards across teams.
