Crowe's Studio team is seeking an AI Tech Lead to design, develop, and operate AI agents that accelerate Crowe's Audit services. This hands-on technical leader sits with Audit practitioners, learning the workflow, and owning the agent lifecycle end to end.

You will establish patterns and architecture to support a growing portfolio of agents. As the portfolio expands, you will mentor engineers, build CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps, and partner with architects to ensure alignment with Crowe's

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 5+ years of professional Python development experience.
• Production-grade Python code experience, modular and maintainable.
• 1+ years designing AI agents or AI-assisted workflows.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and improve AI agents for audit workflows.
• Hands-on development with Python for agent behavior and tooling.
• Lead a small team of forward deployed engineers with audit practitioners.
• Establish reusable engineering patterns and CI/CD pipelines across environments.
