Job summary

Asana seeks an AI Success Architect to own post-sales relationships for enterprise accounts, guiding AI adoption, measuring outcomes, and driving commercial results. You’ll diagnose how AI changes workflows and lead organizational change to ensure sustained adoption across a portfolio of ~50 accounts.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to track AI usage, identify expansion opportunities, and articulate ROI to executives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer success, strategic account management, or enterprise technology.
• Experience managing enterprise relationships across technical and business stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of how AI agents function, workflow automation, and impact.
• Comfort discussing pricing, ROI, and commercial outcomes with senior executives.
• Strong change management and program management across long-term initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor for enterprise accounts across the customer lifecycle.
• Build joint success plans connecting goals to measurable results.
• Diagnose customer workflows and map them to Asana’s AI capabilities to replace manual effort and accelerate decision-making.
• Lead change management and enablement programs to sustain adoption and governance.
• Track AI consumption and adoption against baselines and 30/60/90-day benchmarks.
• Identify expansion readiness for new AI use cases and coordinate with the account team.
