Job summary

Asana is seeking an AI Success Architect to guide enterprise customers in adopting AI capabilities and achieving measurable business outcomes. You’ll own post-sales relationships for ~50 enterprise accounts, diagnose workflows, and drive adoption with cross-functional teams.

You’ll lead change management, craft value-based business reviews, and monitor AI consumption against baselines and 30/60/90-day benchmarks, while partnering with Sales and Product.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in customer success, strategic account management, or enterprise technology.
• Proven ability to manage enterprise relationships across technical and business stakeholders.
• Comfort discussing pricing, ROI, and commercial outcomes with senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the trusted advisor for a portfolio of enterprise accounts across the customer lifecycle.
• Build joint success plans linking customer goals to measurable results.
