Job summary

Asana seeks a Customer Enablement Manager to drive AI-enabled workflow adoption for enterprise customers. This remote West Coast role focuses on engaging strategic clients, designing adoption plans, and guiding change within large organizations.

You will lead workshops, high-level conversations with executives, and collaborate across Customer Success, Sales and Services to maximize adoption and growth. A strong track record in enterprise enablement is required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in customer enablement or related roles (customer success, consulting, implementation, change management).
• Proven track record leading complex enterprise engagements solo.
• Strong facilitation and communication with senior stakeholders.
• Strong project and portfolio management skills.
• Product and technical curiosity with a data-informed approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery with complex customers and turn challenges into enablement and adoption plans.
• Own a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers from planning through delivery and follow-up.
• Show customers how Asana and AI features fit real workflows and guide organizational change.
• Design and run workshops, workflow consultations and executive conversations.
• Use adoption and engagement data to measure impact.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales and Services to identify risks and expansion opportunities.
