Asana is seeking an AI Success Architect to own post‑sales relationships for a portfolio of enterprise accounts in the United States, including Chicago. You will guide AI adoption, measure outcomes, and drive governance, with a hybrid model that may include in‑office days in Chicago and remote work based on state policy.

You’ll build success plans, conduct business reviews, and partner with cross‑functional teams to accelerate AI-driven value and ensure renewals. Travel up to 20% is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in customer success, strategic account management, or enterprise technology.
• Proven track record managing enterprise relationships across technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of AI agents, workflow automation, and impact scope.
• Comfort discussing pricing, ROI, and commercial outcomes with senior executives.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the trusted advisor and accountability owner for enterprise accounts across the customer lifecycle.
• Build joint success plans connecting customer goals to measurable results.
• Diagnose customer workflows and map to Asana’s AI capabilities to replace manual effort.
• Lead change management and enablement programs to sustain adoption.
• Track AI consumption and adoption against baselines and 30/60/90-day benchmarks.
• Identify expansion readiness for AI use cases and coordinate with the account team.
