Rentvine, LLC. is seeking a results-driven BDR to drive outbound prospecting using an AI-powered engine. You will engage, qualify, and set high-intent demos, delivering tailored context for each prospect and maintaining sharp CRM discipline in HubSpot.

The role is remote with optional hub collaboration days and travel to industry events (about 10–15%). Growth path from BDR to closing roles is clearly defined with coaching and modern rev ops tooling.

Qualifications

• Strong phone-based communication with a track record in outbound sales.
• Coachable, disciplined, and able to execute within a structured playbook.
• Clear, concise, consultative on the phone with prospect context synthesis.
• Tech-friendly with CRM and dialing software familiarity.
• Motivated by quota and high-volume targets; resilient under pressure.
• Willing to adapt to evolving processes and tools.

Responsibilities

• Dial 100+ outbound calls per day using AI-curated task queues.
• Follow and adapt scripts based on prospect responses and context.
• Engage prospects via multi-channel touchpoints and tasks.
• Qualify with rigor around ICP, pain points, and total cost of ownership.
• Hand off clean, contextual follow-ups to Account Executives.
• Maintain CRM discipline with crisp notes in HubSpot.
• Leverage AI tooling to surface data and prioritize workflow.
