Rentvine is seeking a high-energy BDR to join our remote sales team. You will handle 100+ outbound calls per day using our AI-driven prospecting system, qualify opportunities, and set high-intent demos for Account Executives.

This role offers a clear path from BDR to closer, a base salary in the 50k-60k range plus uncapped commissions, and a benefits package. Candidates must reside in the western US timezones.

Qualifications

• High-volume outbound calling experience and tolerance for rejection.
• Comfort with AI-assisted sales workflows and CRM hygiene.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Dial with purpose: 100+ outbound calls daily using AI-curated task queues.
• Follow and adapt scripts while reading the prospect, flex as needed.
• Engage prospects via multi-channel tasks and cadences.
• Qualify pain points and confirm fit before involving Account Executives.
• Handoff context to AEs and maximize show rates and pipeline.
• Maintain CRM discipline with clear call notes in HubSpot.
• Leverage AI tooling to surface data and prioritize work.
