This high-volume role emphasizes structure, performance, and the ability to work with best-in-class tooling. Candidates must reside in CA, AZ, UT, OR, WA, or CO, with remote work and optional hub collaboration days.

Qualificações

• Outbound sales experience and comfort with high-volume dialing.
• Strong verbal communication with a consultative approach.
• Coachability and discipline in following a structured playbook.

Responsabilidades

• Dial 100+ outbound calls per day using AI-curated task queues with context.
• Follow and adapt scripts based on prospect signals.
• Qualify opportunities by pain points and fit for ICP before engaging AEs.
• Log call notes in HubSpot and keep CRM current.
