Job summary

Julota is hiring a remote BDR in the United States to drive outbound sales using an AI-powered engine. You will research accounts, make cold calls, and convert warm leads into demos.

Expect daily use of Claude, HubSpot Breeze, Instantly, and ZoomInfo, with performance-based growth and a fully remote setup. You will qualify prospects, coordinate with Marketing, and participate in occasional conferences to capture next steps.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a quota-carrying SDR/BDR role.
• Daily use of an LLM or AI sales tool in outreach today.
• Professional phone and video presence, strong writing.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Make 40+ outbound calls per day to warm leads surfaced by the engine.
• Follow up on inbound within one business hour.
• Book, confirm, and hold a quota of six qualified demos per month.
• Attend 4–6 conferences a year, run the booth, and book next steps on the spot.
• Qualify prospects by uncovering program, pain, and funding before booking.
• Log every touch in HubSpot and provide feedback to Marketing.
• Tune prompts, sequences, and lists so the engine improves monthly.
