Job summary

Piper Companies in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Client Success Consultant to guide customers through implementation and adoption of AI-driven solutions. The position is onsite in Raleigh but open to remote candidates in the Central and Eastern Time Zones.

You will conduct high-volume calls, address networking and cloud questions, track milestones, and collaborate with sales and technical teams to improve adoption and platform utilization.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer-facing experience in technology, SaaS, customer success or technical support.
• Strong understanding of on-premises and cloud environments.
• Knowledge of IP addressing, DNS, domain registration, and related concepts.
• Excellent phone communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact during implementation and onboarding.
• Conduct high-volume outbound and scheduled calls to ensure platform deployment.
• Assist clients with networking and cloud-related questions.
• Track milestones, adoption metrics and progress.
• Collaborate with sales and technical teams to improve the customer experience.
• Provide proactive recommendations to increase satisfaction and utilization.
