Job summary

Piper Companies is seeking a Client Success Consultant for an AI software organization in Raleigh, NC. The role is onsite in Raleigh but open to remote candidates in the Central and Eastern Time Zones, focusing on guiding customers through onboarding and adoption of AI-driven solutions.

Responsibilities include acting as the primary contact during implementation, conducting calls, addressing networking/cloud questions, tracking milestones, and collaborating with sales and tech teams to improve

Qualifications

2+ years of customer-facing experience in technology, SaaS, customer success, or technical support.
Strong understanding of on-premises and cloud-based environments.
Knowledge of IP addressing, DNS, domain registration, and related concepts.
Excellent phone communication and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during implementation and onboarding activities.
Conduct high-volume outbound and scheduled customer calls to ensure successful platform deployment.
Assist clients with technical questions related to networking fundamentals and cloud technologies.
Track customer milestones, adoption of metrics, and implementation progress.
Collaborate with sales and technical teams to improve the overall customer experience.
Provide proactive recommendations that increase customer satisfaction and platform utilization.
