Job summary

Piper Companies is seeking a Customer Care Technology Specialist to support clients of an AI solutions provider in Raleigh, NC. This onsite role is open to remote candidates located in the Central or Eastern Time Zones, reflecting a hybrid-remote setup.

You will guide customers through AI platform implementations, explain complex concepts in plain language, and collaborate with engineering to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer care, technical support, customer success, or related fields.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and comfort speaking with customers daily.
• Knowledge of cloud computing, on-premises infrastructure, IP addresses, and domain names.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Intermediate PC skills including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage client communications through phone, email, and virtual meetings.
• Support customers throughout AI platform implementation and training activities.
• Explain technical concepts in a non-technical manner to business users.
• Troubleshoot customer questions regarding domains, networking basics, and cloud-based services.
• Document customer interactions and elevate complex issues to engineering teams.
• Build strong customer relationships to improve retention and satisfaction.
