Piper Companies seeks a Technical Customer Success Representative for an AI-enabled technology company in Raleigh, NC. The onsite role is open to remote candidates within the Central or Eastern Time Zones, supporting customers through onboarding, adoption, and ongoing success with a cutting-edge AI platform.

Responsibilities include outbound calls and virtual onboarding meetings, consultative support during integrations, and guidance on IP addresses, domain names, and cloud infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in customer success, technical support, customer care, or client services.
• Comfortable with high-volume customer communication and relationship management.
• Understanding cloud versus on-premises environments.
• Knowledge of networking concepts, domain names, and IP addressing.
• Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and conduct virtual meetings with customers throughout the onboarding process.
• Provide consultative support during AI platform integrations and deployments.
• Assist customers with basic technical concepts including IP addresses, domain names, and cloud infrastructure.
• Identify customer challenges and coordinate resolutions with technical teams.
• Deliver training and best practice guidance to maximize customer value.
• Track customer interactions, implementation milestones, and support activities.
