Piper Companies is looking to fill the role of AI Platform Customer Success Coordinator for a leading AI software company located in Raleigh, NC. The AI Platform Customer Success Coordinator is a motivated professional who can build strong relationships with customers while supporting successful platform implementation initiatives. The AI Platform Customer Success Coordinator role is onsite in Raleigh, NC but open to remote candidates within the Central and Eastern Time Zones.

Responsibilities of the AI Platform Customer Success Coordinator Include:

• Coordinate onboarding activities for new customers implementing an AI platform.
• Conduct customer outreach calls to assist with setup, training, and adoption.

• Working knowledge of cloud and on-premises technology environments.
• Familiarity with IP addresses, networking concepts, and domain names.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.

Compensation for the AI Platform Customer Success Coordinator Includes:

• $20-$35 per hour
• Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO, Sick Leave if required by law, and Holidays
