The role requires 5+ years in healthcare tech or related areas, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to balance mission impact with revenue growth.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of five years of relevant experience.
• Five (5) years of progressive experience in healthcare technology, digital health, or related organizations.
• Demonstrated experience negotiating and executing complex enterprise agreements.
• Ability to develop commercial strategies and balance near‑term revenue with long‑term value.
• Experience leading cross‑functional initiatives with legal, finance, product, technology, and clinical stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of AI-enabled healthcare tools and digital content licensing.
• Strong executive communication, negotiation, and relationship‑management skills.

• Define and execute an integrated AI licensing and clinical solutions collaboration strategy.
• Identify and develop strategic relationships to build a strong pipeline.
• Lead negotiations for complex enterprise licensing agreements.
• Structure partnerships beyond licensing fees including distribution, marketing, and joint development.
• Coordinate with legal, science, and other stakeholders to protect IP and ensure proper boundaries for AI use and attribution.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to advance approvals and partner integration.
• Partner with product and technology leaders on scalable content delivery approaches.
• Establish partner reporting and performance measures for revenue and adoption.
• Oversee ongoing account strategy and executive partner relationships.
