The American Heart Association is seeking a senior leader to drive the strategy and execution of AI-enabled clinical solutions and licensing. This role partners with product, science, legal, finance, and technology teams to expand adoption, manage complex negotiations, and grow the organization’s AI-enabled content portfolio across clinician-facing platforms and EHR ecosystems.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Five or more years of experience in healthcare technology, digital health, or related organizations with increasing responsibility.
• Proven track record negotiating and executing complex enterprise agreements and managing senior-level partner relationships.
• Ability to develop commercial strategies, evaluate business models, and balance near-term revenue with long-term strategic value.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with legal, finance, product, technology, and clinical or scientific stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of AI-enabled healthcare tools, clinical workflows, and digital content licensing.
• Strong executive communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills in a fast-changing environment.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute an integrated AI licensing and clinical solutions collaboration strategy.
• Identify, prioritize, and develop strategic relationships to build a pipeline based on clinical relevance and commercial potential.
• Lead negotiations for complex enterprise agreements including scope, pricing, attribution, reporting, and renewal terms.
• Structure relationships that create value beyond licensing fees through distribution, marketing, and collaboration.
• Partner with legal, science, and other stakeholders to protect IP and ensure scientific integrity in AI use and branding.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to advance approvals, support implementation, and ensure successful partner adoption.
• Work with product and technology leaders on scalable content delivery and AI standards.
• Establish partner reporting and performance measures for revenue, reach, adoption, and value.
• Lead ongoing account strategy and executive relationships to deepen collaboration and expand licenses.
• Oversee customer success activities to support onboarding, renewals, and expansion.
• Monitor AI-enabled healthcare developments and adapt strategy as needed.
