Job summary

Rubrik is seeking a Professional Services Sales Manager to lead pre-sales engagements, scope services, and close Professional Services alongside the Rubrik platform. You will partner with Account Executives and Sales Engineers to build business cases and accelerate deal cycles.

Experience in data protection, cloud, cyber resilience, and security concepts is essential. You will travel up to 10% and leverage AI-enhanced workflows to improve turnaround and forecasting within the services pipeline.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical and sales experience in Professional Services or solution selling.
• Data protection, cloud, cyber resilience, and security knowledge.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Lead the pre-sales process for complex opportunities, scoping engagements and building the services business case.
• Partner with Account Executives and Sales Engineers to position services and close bigger deals.
• Build proposals, quotes, and SOWs, leveraging AI-enhanced workflows.
• Align pre-sales scope with post-sales delivery and success.
• Own and drive services pipeline, forecasting, and bookings.
• Deliver on-site and remote scoping calls and Path-to-Production workshops.
