Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical and sales experience, ideally in Professional Services or solution selling.
• Data protection, cloud, cyber resilience, and security conceptual and industry knowledge is a must.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Curiosity and comfort adopting AI-enhanced sales tools to work smarter and grow your impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead the pre-sales process for complex opportunities - understand customer objectives, scope engagements, and build the services business case.
• Partner with Account Executives and Sales Engineers to position Professional Services and Advanced Services offerings, methodology, and value.
• Build proposals, quotes, and SOWs with AI-enhanced workflows to accelerate turnaround.
• Work with Delivery, Support, and Resilience Guardian teams to align pre-sales scope with post-sales success.
• Own and drive services pipeline, forecasting, and bookings.
• Deliver on-site and remote scoping calls and Path-to-Production workshops.
