Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales process for complex opportunities, scoping engagements and building a services business case.
• Partner with Account Executives and Sales Engineers to position services and close bigger deals.
• Build proposals, quotes, and SOWs, using AI-enabled workflows to accelerate turnaround.
• Align pre-sales scope with post-sales delivery with Delivery, Support, and Resilience Guardian teams.
• Own and drive services pipeline, forecasting, and bookings.
• Deliver on-site and remote scoping calls and Path-to-Production workshops.
• Travel up to 10% of the time.
