Job summary
Rubrik is seeking an innovative Services Engineering Leader to drive lifecycle development of Professional Services offerings across the Rubrik product portfolio. You will work closely with Product Management, Product Engineering, and PS Delivery to ensure offerings evolve with the technology roadmap.
The role reports to the Vice President, Global Professional Services and demands strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a deep IT/cyber resilience background.
Qualifications
- 8–10+ years in Service NPI, Services Productization, or Solution Engineering in global SaaS/Enterprise/Cyber Resilience.
- Proven track record taking complex enterprise services from concept to global field execution.
- Cross-functional influence across Product, Engineering, and Field Services.
- Experience presenting to VP level and above and driving strategic initiatives.
- Deep understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, data management, cloud platforms, or cybersecurity frameworks.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; equivalent practical experience welcomed.
Responsibilities
- Design & Launch standardized, scalable Professional Services offerings and delivery playbooks.
- Partner with Product Management/Engineering to build service packages and deployment frameworks.
- Continuously refresh the PS portfolio based on field feedback, outcomes, and market trends.
