Job summary

Rubrik in Des Moines is seeking a Professional Services Sales Manager who combines technical depth with strategic selling to drive pre-sales engagements for the Rubrik platform and related services.

You will partner with Account Executives and Sales Engineers to frame the value of Professional Services and Advanced Services, build proposals and SOWs, and forecast bookings, leveraging AI-enabled workflows to speed turnaround.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical and sales experience, ideally in Professional Services or solution selling
• Data protection, cloud, cyber resilience, and security conceptual and industry knowledge is a must
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Curiosity and comfort adopting AI-enhanced sales tools to work smarter and grow your impact

Responsibilities

• Lead the pre-sales process for complex opportunities - understanding customer business and technical objectives, scoping engagements, and building the services business case
• Partner with Account Executives and Sales Engineers to position Professional Services and Advanced Services offerings, methodology, and value - helping them close bigger deals faster and exceed quota
• Build proposals, quotes, and SOWs, increasingly leveraging AI-enhanced workflows to accelerate turnaround
• Work closely with Professional Services delivery, Support, and Resilience Guardian stakeholders to align pre-sales scope with post-sales success
• Own and drive services pipeline, forecasting, and bookings
• Deliver on-site and remote scoping calls and Path-to-Production workshops with Professional Services Specialists
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
