Job summary

Rubrik is seeking an innovative and strategic Services Engineering Leader to drive the lifecycle development of new Professional Services offerings across the Rubrik product portfolio.

You will work with Product Management, Product Engineering, Global Practice Leaders, and PS Delivery teams to ensure services evolve with the technology roadmap and deliver rapid time-to-value for customers.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in Service NPI or Services productization.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end service productization and packaging.
• Align service packages with product releases and roadmaps.
• Collaborate across PS, product, and field delivery for go-to-market success.
• Establish reusable delivery frameworks and SOW templates.
