Job summary

Compass is seeking a senior product designer to craft AI-driven, multimodal CRM experiences across web and mobile. You will drive interaction design from concept through prototyping, testing, and delivery, balancing user needs with technical feasibility to create high-trust AI interactions.

You'll collaborate with Product and Engineering, leverage design systems, and contribute to scalable workflows in real estate, transactions, or marketplace platforms.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• A portfolio demonstrating systems thinking across web and mobile apps.
• Experience designing for AI-driven products or features is highly desirable.
• Ability to gather requirements from multiple stakeholders and translate into intuitive UX.
• 7+ years of product design experience in CRM, SaaS, workflow, or enterprise software.

Responsibilities

• Drive visual artifacts like journeys, flows, wireframes and prototypes to illustrate the vision.
• Design and develop AI-based conversational and multimodal experiences.
• Create design documentation for onboarding automation and AI self-service knowledge.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align priorities and solutions.
• Balance user needs with technical constraints and business goals.
• Contribute to scalable product and design solutions across the Home Platform ecosystem.
• Work within design systems to ensure consistency and usability.
