Job summary

Compass is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape the CRM experience of the Home Platform. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Data, AI and Operations to design scalable workflows, AI-driven features, and intuitive experiences for real estate agents across web and mobile.

You will drive interaction design, prototyping, usability research, and design systems contributions while balancing user needs and technical feasibility.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product design experience in CRM, SaaS, or enterprise software.
• Strong portfolio showing systems thinking and end-to-end product design for web and mobile.
• Experience designing AI-driven features and multimodal UX is highly desirable.
• Ability to translate requirements into intuitive user experiences across platforms.

Responsibilities

• Drive alignment using journeys, flows, wireframes, and prototypes for CRM and AI experiences.
• Create prototypes (including multimodal and voice) and support usability research.
• Design AI-based conversational and multimodal workflows and translate insights into opportunities.
• Produce design docs (dialogs, flow diagrams, multimodal flows) for engineers and product partners.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and stakeholders to balance constraints and goals.
• Shape scalable product and design solutions across the Home Platform ecosystem.
• Contribute to design systems to ensure consistency and scalability.
