Job summary

Compass is seeking a Senior Product Designer II to shape the CRM experience within the Home Platform. You will craft AI-powered workflows across web and mobile, partnering with Product and Engineering to turn customer needs into trusted interactions.

Location is New York, NY onsite with a base salary of $147,400–$163,800 per year and 7+ years of experience. You’ll drive design systems, multimodal experiences, and end-to-end product designs in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product design experience in CRM/SaaS.
• Experience designing AI-driven products encouraged.
• Proven ability to translate user needs into high-trust UX.
• Strong collaboration with Product and Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Drive alignment using customer journeys, user flows, wireframes and prototypes to define CRM and AI experiences.
• Create prototypes for multimodal and voice experiences and facilitate research sessions.
• Iterate on designs to deliver high-trust, low-friction AI interactions.
• Design AI-based conversational and multimodal experiences.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to communicate requirements and priorities.
