Compass is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape the CRM experience of the Home Platform. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Data, AI and Operations to design scalable workflows, automate tasks, and help agents manage relationships.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product design experience in CRM, SaaS, or enterprise software.
• Portfolio showing systems thinking and AI-driven product design.
• Ability to translate requirements into intuitive user experiences.
• Experience collaborating with Product and Engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive CRM and AI experiences using journeys, flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Support usability testing with prototypes including multimodal and voice.
• Design AI-based conversational and multimodal workflows.
• Deliver design docs like dialogs and flow diagrams for onboarding automation and AI self-service.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align priorities.
• Balance user needs with technical feasibility and business goals.
• Think beyond screens to connect workflows, data, and actions across Home Platform.
• Work within design systems for consistency and scalability.
