Job summary

Compass, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape the CRM experience of the Home Platform.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, Data, AI and Operations to design scalable workflows that help real estate agents manage relationships, automate tasks, and grow their businesses. You will focus on improving CRM features across contact management, lead nurturing, communications, workflow automation, and reporting.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product design experience in CRM, SaaS, or enterprise software.
• Portfolio showing end-to-end design across web and mobile with AI-driven features.
• Ability to gather requirements from multiple stakeholders and translate into intuitive UX.

Responsibilities

• Drive alignment using customer journeys, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes for CRM and AI experiences.
• Create prototypes (including multimodal and voice) to support usability testing and research.
• Design AI-based conversational and multimodal workflows; translate insights into opportunities.
• Produce design docs (dialogs, flow diagrams, multimodal flows) for Onboarding Automation and AI Self‑Service Knowledge.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to balance user needs with technical feasibility.
• Contribute to scalable design systems ensuring consistency and usability.
