Compass is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape the CRM experience of the Home Platform. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Data, AI and Operations to design scalable workflows that help agents manage relationships, automate tasks, and grow their businesses.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product design experience in CRM, SaaS, workflow, or enterprise software products.
• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design and complex workflow problem-solving across web and mobile.
• Experience designing for AI-driven products or features is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Drive alignment with artifacts like journeys, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes for CRM and AI experiences.
• Support usability testing by creating prototypes and facilitating sessions, iterating for high-trust, low-friction AI interactions.
• Design AI-based conversational and multimodal workflows; translate insights into product opportunities for AI.
