Job summary

Compass is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape the CRM experience of the Home Platform, our enterprise-scale real estate operating system. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Data, AI and Operations to design scalable workflows and AI-powered features for real estate agents, helping them manage relationships and grow their businesses.

You will lead through research, prototyping, and design systems, balancing user needs, technical feasibility, and business goals to deliver

Qualifications

7+ years of product design experience in CRM/SaaS/enterprise software.
Strong portfolio demonstrating systems thinking and end-to-end product design for web and mobile.
Experience designing AI-driven features is highly desirable.
Ability to translate requirements from multiple stakeholders into intuitive UX.
Solid understanding of interaction design, IA, usability, and scalable UX patterns.
Experience collaborating with Product and Engineering throughout development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Drive alignment with visuals like journeys, user flows, wireframes and prototypes for CRM and AI experiences.
Create prototypes (including multimodal and voice) and support usability testing and research sessions.
Design AI-based conversational and multimodal workflows and translate insights into opportunities.
Produce design documentation (dialogs, flow diagrams, multimodal flows) for complex initiatives.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering and stakeholders to align on priorities and solutions.
Balance user needs, technical constraints (LLM capabilities) and product objectives for best outcomes.
Think beyond screens to connect workflows, data, and user actions across the Home Platform ecosystem.
Contribute to design systems to ensure consistency and scalability.
