Qualifications

• 7+ years of product design experience in CRM, SaaS or enterprise software.
• Strong portfolio showing systems thinking and end-to-end design.
• Experience designing AI-assisted CRM workflows or automation features.
• Proficiency with Figma and prototyping tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive interaction design and visualizations to align on vision with stakeholders.
• Create prototypes and lead usability testing to inform iterations.
• Design AI-based conversational and multimodal experiences.
• Produce design docs, dialogs, flow diagrams, and multimodal flows.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering across the lifecycle.
• Balance user needs with technical feasibility and business goals.
