Job summary

Compass, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape the CRM experience of the Home Platform, an enterprise-scale real estate OS.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, Data, AI and Operations to design scalable workflows, AI-powered features, and intuitive agent experiences across web and mobile. You will focus on contact management, lead nurturing, communications, and reporting, balancing user needs with business and technical constraints.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product design experience in CRM/SaaS/enterprise software.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design and complex workflows.
• Ability to translate stakeholder needs into intuitive experiences.

Responsibilities

• Drive alignment with visual artifacts like journeys, flows, wireframes, and prototypes for CRM and AI experiences.
• Create prototypes (including multimodal/voice) and support usability testing and research.
• Design AI-based conversational and multimodal workflows; translate insights into opportunities.
• Deliver design documentation (dialogs, flows, multimodal diagrams) for onboarding automation and AI self-service.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and stakeholders to understand priorities and deliver solutions.
• Balance user needs, technical constraints, and product goals to craft scalable experiences.
• Think beyond screens to connect workflows, data, and user actions across the Home Platform.
• Contribute to design systems to ensure consistency and scalability.
