Compass is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape the CRM experience of the Home Platform. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Data, AI, and Operations to design scalable workflows and AI-powered features that help real estate agents manage relationships and automate tasks.

You will focus on improving CRM experiences, including contact management, lead nurturing, and reporting, while balancing business goals and user needs across web and mobile.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product design experience in CRM, SaaS, or enterprise software.
• Demonstrated ability to design end‑to‑end workflows for web and mobile.
• Experience designing AI‑driven features and multimodal interactions.

Responsabilités

• Drive alignment with product, engineering, data, and operations using journeys, flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Create prototypes (multimodal and voice) and support usability testing and research.
• Design AI-enhanced workflows and translate insights into product opportunities.
• Deliver design documentation for onboarding automation and AI self‑service knowledge.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to balance user needs and technical feasibility.
