You will own commercial strategy, maintain CRM data, and drive a repeatable prospecting-to-close process, engaging executive stakeholders and shaping AI-enabled platform value.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated capability in complex B2B SaaS new-business selling.
• Evidence of owning customer outcomes and measurable impact.
• Prospecting discipline with quota attainment and executive engagement.
• AI and platform fluency to discuss AI opportunities credibly.
• Ability to frame AI opportunities in terms of business outcomes and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a repeatable prospecting-to-close process across discovery, qualification, and negotiation.
• Translate customer priorities into Zendesk value proposals.
• Own commercial strategy, deal progression, and negotiations within guardrails.
• Maintain accurate CRM data, pipeline health, and forecast discipline.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful handoffs.
