Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an Agentforce Success Architect to lead AI-driven agent design and architect data foundations that enable trusted, real-time decisions across sales, service, and marketing. You will collaborate with strategic customers, influence executive stakeholders, and drive optimization of architecture, performance, and solution design.

You will mentor teams, promote data ethics and privacy, and help ground AI agents with Data360 in a trusted data fabric.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to analyze, design and optimize AI-driven agent solutions.
• Strong understanding of data foundations and how they support real-time agent decisions.
• Excellent communication across technical and executive audiences is essential.
• Experience aligning technology strategy with business value and ROI.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted Agentforce SME for the Success Architect org, including data foundations like Data360.
• Engage with Signature/Strategic customers to evaluate optimization strategies for architecture, dev/ops, performance, and design.
• Identify and close capability gaps for standard product capabilities or craft Architect solutions via customization.
• Facilitate discussions with Executives, aligning tech strategy to business ROI.
• Run playbooks aligned with the engagement catalog, tailored to Agentforce customers.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external partners to support growth.
• Drive thought leadership through mentoring and knowledge sharing.
