Responsibilities

• Be a trusted Agentforce SME for the Success Architect organization
• Engage with Signature and Strategic customers to optimize technical architecture and solution design
• Identify capability gaps and propose Architect solutions through customization
• Facilitate executive discussions and align technology strategy to business value and ROI
• Run playbooks aligned with the Agentforce engagement catalog
• Build relationships with internal and external partners to drive growth
• Mentor and share knowledge across teams
