• Deep understanding of AI agent design principles, including topics, actions, prompts, and orchestration, and how data quality impacts performance.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams from Developer to Executive.
• Translate technical concepts into tangible business value and ROI for customers.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging AI and agentic technologies and practices.
• Value data ethics and privacy in customer solutions.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted Agentforce subject-matter expert for the Success Architect organization.
• Engage with Signature and Strategic customers to evaluate optimization strategies for architecture, dev/ops, performance, and solution design.
• Identify and evaluate capability gaps for product capability or customize solutions.
• Facilitate executive discussions aligning technology strategy to business value and ROI.
• Run playbooks aligned with the Success Architect engagement catalog.
• Build relationships with internal and external partners to support growth.
• Drive thought leadership through mentoring and knowledge sharing.
