Responsibilities

• Be a trusted Agentforce subject-matter expert for the Success Architect organization.
• Engage with Signature and Strategic customers to optimize technical architecture and solution design.
• Identify capability gaps and propose creative Architect solutions through customization.
• Facilitate discussions with executives to align technology strategy with business value and ROI.
• Run playbooks aligned with the engagement catalog for Agentforce customers.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external partners to drive growth.
• Mentor and share knowledge to drive thought leadership.
