Qualifications

• Analyze, design and optimize business processes focusing on agent architecture and automation.
• Deep understanding of AI agent design principles, including topics, actions, prompts, and orchestration.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams from Developer to Executive.
• Facilitate discussions translating technical concepts into tangible business value and ROI.
• Demonstrate proactive, self-starting attitude with ability to work remotely with customers.
• Knowledge of Data Ethics and Privacy and compliance with data security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted Agentforce subject-matter expert for the Success Architect organization and data foundations.
• Engage with Signature and Strategic customers to optimize technical architecture, dev/ops, performance, and solution design.
• Identify capability gaps and craft Architect solutions through customization.
• Facilitate executive stakeholders and align technology strategy to business ROI.
• Run playbooks aligned with the Success Architect engagement catalog.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external partners to support growth.
• Drive thought leadership through mentoring and knowledge sharing.
