Salesforce is seeking an Agentforce Success Architect to drive outcomes for strategic customers using AI-driven agent design, orchestration, and Data360-enabled data foundations. You will architect scalable solutions and guide adoption across teams.

You will collaborate with executives and cross-functional partners to ensure technology choices deliver measurable ROI while maintaining a flexible, office-flexible schedule with a three-day in-office expectation.

Qualifications

• US citizenship required for government case work.
• Experience in AI agent design and automation.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Understanding of data quality and architecture impact on agents.
• Willingness to engage with executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted Agentforce SME for the broader Success Architect organization, including Data360 data foundations.
• Engage with Signature and Strategic customers to optimize architecture, dev/ops, performance and solution design for Agentforce.
• Identify and evaluate capability gaps and propose creative Architect solutions.
• Facilitate discussions with executives to align technology strategy with business value and ROI.
• Run playbooks aligned with the engagement catalog for Agentforce customers.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external partners to support growth and goals.
• Drive thought leadership through mentoring and knowledge sharing.
