Qualifications

Responsibilities

Be a trusted Agentforce subject-matter expert for the Success Architect organization.
Evaluate and recommend optimization strategies for technical architecture and solution design.
Identify capability gaps and propose custom Architect solutions.
Facilitate discussions with executives to align tech strategy with ROI.
Build relationships with internal and external partners and mentor others.
