Job summary

Salesforce.com, inc. is seeking an Agentforce Success Architect to lead AI-driven agent design, orchestration, and automation for strategic customers.

You will leverage Data360 to ground agents in trusted data and collaborate with executive stakeholders to map technology to business value. You will drive architecture optimization, playbooks, and cross-functional execution while mentoring teams and extending Agentforce adoption across sales, service, and marketing.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to analyze, design, and optimize AI agent architecture and automation for enterprise customers.
• Experience grounding AI agents in trusted data using platforms like Data360 or similar.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Clouds and multi-cloud implementations (Sales, Service, Marketing, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted Agentforce subject-matter expert for the Success Architect organization, including data foundations support.
• Engage with Signature and Strategic customers to optimize technical architecture, dev/ops, performance, and solution design.
• Identify capability gaps and craft Architect solutions through customization.
• Influence executives while aligning technology strategy to business value and ROI.
• Run playbooks tailored to Agentforce customer needs and opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external partners to drive growth.
• Mentor and share knowledge to drive thought leadership.
