Job summary

Openly, a modern insurance provider, seeks a Territory Manager to drive premium growth and strengthen relationships with independent agents across the United States. This remote role requires strategic thinking, field engagement, and close collaboration with Sales, Underwriting, Product and Onboarding teams.

You will own territory plans, enable agency partners with tools and training, monitor performance, and ensure profitable growth while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in account management or sales roles with a track record of exceeding targets.
• 2+ years of direct experience within P&C carrier or independent agency channels.
• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license, or commitment to licensing within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Elevate agency partnerships through structured field visits and virtual touchpoints.
• Formulate territory engagement plans to boost quoting activity and renewal rates.
• Identify prospective independent agency partners and collaborate with the appointment team.
• Monitor performance metrics and coordinate with underwriting, product, and service operations to resolve inquiries.
