Job summary

Branch is hiring a Senior Territory Manager to own a defined state set, drive production with independent agencies, and hit volume targets. This role blends field sales with strategic relationship-building, coaching agencies to use Branch quoting tools and align with our appetite.

You’ll travel, present, train, and partner cross-functionally to remove barriers and grow premium and policy counts in your territory.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a quota- or target-carrying field sales role with defined geography or book of business.
• Comfort and experience with managing a high-travel, self-directed field schedule.
• Strong in-person presentation and group training skills with agency principals and producers.

Responsibilities

• Face of Branch to agency principals and producers, building trust and driving adoption of Branch's tools.
• Replace remote model with in-person, field-based engagement and report field feedback to Branch.
• Build or manage a segmented target agency list; carry a production target for bound premium and policy count.
• Execute regular in-person agency visits, lunch-and-learns, and local events to grow relationships.
• Communicate Branch's value proposition and align producers with Branch’s differentiators.
• Educate agencies on Branch quoting platform and target risk profiles to improve quotes.
• Train agency stakeholders to quote in Branch's platform before a comparative rater.
• Grow and re-engage target agencies; collaborate with Marketing, Product, Underwriting, and Ops.
