Qualifications

3+ years in account management or sales with a track record of exceeding targets.
2+ years in P&C carrier or independent agency channels.
Active P&C license or commitment to license within 90 days.
Willingness to travel up to 60% within assigned territory.

Elevate agency partnerships through field visits and virtual touchpoints that drive production and mutual success.
Formulate and execute tailored territory engagement plans to increase quoting activity and premium growth.
